Description
Here is one of the legendary classical mono LP box sets from the 1950s, #844 of 1,500 sets produced and the second one I have had the pleasure of selling. The jackets are all in pristine NM-MT condition: glossy color, no surface wear, no seam splits. I am comfortable grading the records as NM. I see no spindle trails on any of the sides, so the records were played maybe once or twice, or not at all (it came from a collection of 100s of classical LPs). The inserts are as new (see photo). I have made no attempt to clean the records. No inner sleeves were issued with this set. The outer box has wear is several areas (see photos), overall about fair to good condition. There is a seam split on the lower spine but this can easily be repaired. I see no evidence of the box being previously being repaired. I am offering the set as acquired. I am a long-time ARSC member. Thanks for looking. Shipping weight will be about 11 lbs.
