Description

CARL PERKINS - BOPPIN' THE BLUES / ALL MAMA'S CHILDREN

TWO GREAT ROCKABILLY - SUN 243 - EX condition *

* I don't know what has caused the pink discolouration. It is only on the edge of the B side.

Take a look at the others listed here. They include rare 78s from India, none of which were issued on 78 in the UK, Europe or USA.

They include Fats Domino, several by Cliff Richard, Ricky Nelson rockabilly, the Shadows, Bobby Darin, Bill Black etc and there are also some US 78s by Bo Diddley, Carl Perkins on Sun, Johnny Horton, and the Drifters.

If you like this kind of music, and would like alerts to future listings of 78s, please send me your e-mail address. Mine is below.

CONDITION/GRADING: I have play-graded all the 78s and guarantee their condition. M = Mint/New,  Ex = Excellent - played, but few marks and little wear, and still sounding great. VG = played many times, with scuff / wear and some surface noise, but not excessive.       + and - (minus) marks give clearer gradings.     When two gradings are shown, for example Ex/Ex-, it means the A side is Ex condition and the B side is Ex-

PACKING: I pack these fragile 78s very well, 'sandwiching' the record between two thick pieces of cardboard. It is then put in a stout cardboard box, surrounded by plenty of cushioning.

I have been sending records all over the world to regular collectors and dealers who buy from lists containing 200+ 78s. In many years of posting records, I have never had a breakage.

POSTAGE: UK - First 78 is £4 with 50p for each extra.  Continental Europe: 1st 78 £5, then £1 for each extra. USA at cost. I am happy to combine records to cut down the cost of postage. If insurance is wanted, it costs extra.

WINNERS: Please send no payment until you hear from me with the total cost. Pay-pal is OK but I will also take cheques from UK buyers. Parcels despatched very quickly after cleared payment received.

QUESTIONS: Please contact me with any queries - rocking78s@btopenworld.com
