This is the original pressing of Symphonies of Sickness on red vinyl, limited to 1000 copies: http://askearache.blogspot.co.uk/2008/01/carcass-how-to-tell-rare-1st-press-lp.html
LP is in EX condition, sleeve is in VG+ (there's minor creasing to left rear side of cover). There's no inlay sheet though I'm not sure whether the original came with one. Nice collectors' piece.
