I DO SHIP WORLDWIDE. IF ANYONE IS UNABLE TO PLACE A BID PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL ANY TIME DURING THE LISTING AND I WILL LET YOU BID MANUALLY.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I have been a buyer of vinyl records on Ebay and elsewhere online for quite some time so I know well all pain and frustration the buyers get due to incorrect or misleading descriptions of records provided by some sellers (even 100 % positive - my experience) that unfortunately becomes an increasing problem on Ebay. So my description is made from a buyer`s and not from a seller`s standpoint. My goal is to sell and make purchase pleasant to a buyer otherwise why buy music.
VERY RARE 1969 ENGLAND STEREO 1st pressing on the VERVE FORECAST label with cat. # SVLP 6011 matrices A-1/B-1
The laminated front and matt rare Garrod and Lofthouse flipback (the so called PILLAR) cover is in EX condition - please see pictures. I have tried to visualize as many flaws as possible. No laminate wrinkles. General wear, a few mild creases, one stronger crease around right upper corner, no visible shelf wear edges, enrty edge is minor worn. Intact and fully readable spine. Slight damage from sticker on the rare. No unnecessary writings throughout. Well preserved cover indeed.
The vinyl is visually in EX- condition . It has been well played but taken care of greatly. Quite a number of removal hairlines and minor scufflines. I have played it in full prior to listing and playback is just much better than the look. It plays strong EX+ with occasional background and minor crackles here and there. Great play indeed.
The 1st press VERVE FORECAST labels are in EX+ condition with hardly visible spindle traces.
TRUE RARITY. Good investment opportunity.
Grading is based on the Record Collectors Grading System.
