Bagged in clear plastic sleeve with embossed 'Clear Spot' logo on the flap.
This flap tucks into a clear horizontal band across the face of the wallet.
The disc is backed by a printed black on white card insert. Insert is back-to-back glued white card, with radius corners at bottom.
the embossed plastic sleeve has scuffing, small (1/4") tears along the folded top flap and the remains of a green ink stamp on the back
the card insert cover has light staining and lines from the glue bleeding through
the vinyl is excellent
