Rare promotional interview lp in Excellent Condition
"An Interview With Captain Beefheart" was recorded July 1969, at the time of the moon landing. Cooder and Beefheart's bands toured together in 1971, with Cooder opening for Beefheart.
------------ VISUAL Both sides of LP look clean - no marks or scratches - looks VG+ or VG++ ------------- PLAY GRADING ------ BEEFHEART SIDE Light surface noise throughout (static, some pops - no skips). Does not detract from enjoyment of the interview ----------- COODER SIDE Little to no surface noise - guitar sounds great This side merits a VG+ ------- NOTE: I've read that there were problems with the pressing of this lp. That might explain the surface noise on the Beefheart side (while both sides appear flawless). I would welcome further information on this issue. -------- COVER (not pictured) Generic white cover w/handwritten title Covered with brown spots and remains of a price tag
