The classic 1969 Capt. Beefheart double album, produced by Frank Zappa. White label PROMO with the trifold lyrics/artwork insert. Has a scarcely seen promotional sticker affixed to the bottom of the front of this gatefold cover.

Packaged in professional heavy cardboard mailers. Records are removed from covers for shipping; cardboard inserts are provided for extra protection.
