Description
Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band original US 1968 release "Strictly Personal" Blue Thumb stereo BTS1 with the pasted gatefold picture jacket and the black deep groove labels. The matrix numbers are D2/D2.
I purchased this record in 1968 and it is from my personal collection. It is not a reissue.
The vinyl is in "NM" condition with no scratches, spindle wear or marks; it has been stored in a poly lined paper sleeve since purchase. The jacket is also in "NM" condition with no seam splits, ringwear or shelfwear (see photos).
Vinyl grading is based on the following criteria:
“SS” Still Sealed – For the collector that demands nothing but perfection.
“M” Mint - a near perfect or unplayed record.
“NM” Near Mint - in factory fresh condition, like new.
“EX+” close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Will satisfy all but the most vain and demanding collector.
“EX” a used, reasonable copy. Shows slight signs of wear.
“VG+” There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility a few skuffs and/or light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
