All LPs are shipped outside their outer sleeve to avoid seam splits. Both LP/inner sleeve and outer sleeve are placed in resealable mylars for extra protection. Four stiffeners are used in envelope mailers. We use purpose-built 5”, 10” and 12” double-thickness cardboard boxes for bulk orders.
