BEAUTIFUL VINYL on this 1st UK PRESSING (1W) of Camel's excellent 1975 LP "Music Inspired By The Snow Goose" (while they wanted to officially release this as based on the book "The Snow Goose", the estate of the author would not allow it so, thus, the "music inspired by" prefix). This is an all around great copy with all the pieces together in such fine shape it surprises even me. The fully LAMINATED cover is just fabulous, and if it weren't for just the hint of ring wear on the back top and even lighter on the bottom, this would absolutely be listed as an excellent cover as well. It is made of the typical period light card stock that after a few years usually will have bends and/or wrinkles, but not here, even the corners are pretty angular. The only thing to mention on the cover is that there is a pin hole on the front top right corner that goes through to the back, but it is very small. The spine is very legible and it has NO splitting, NO saw marks or cut corners or promo holes, and it still incredibly clean, white, and super shiny. The vinyl is wrapped in the original period Decca sleeve stating it was "Made In England", and the INSERT is virtually "as new" as it can be. The vinyl itself has a couple of very very light marks on one side that don't affect play, and it is SUPER CLEAN, SHINY, and has lots of color. This is a TOP COPY, an original 1st UK pressing of a true prog/art rock classic. Get this one quick, it likely won't last, these are really hard to find, especially in this condition.
