VG (it has a 4 cm (1,6”) split seam on the top (check out the 3rd picture), other than that I’d would grade it Ex-)

GRADING:
Ex (Excellent): looks almost like new.
VG (Very Good): cover may show minor light wear but still looks very nice, the record may have very light surface marks
G (Good): cover may have more noticeable wear, the record may have light surface signs of wear and some surface noise, but still sounds good
