You are looking at a rare limited edition 10" promo-only disk released before Independent Worm Saloon. Pressed on brown clear vinyl. Packaged in silver mylar with a fly printed in black on one side, and the Butthole Surfers logo on the other side.  This item is hard to find in general, but sealed mint in the foil wrap is near impossible.  Tracks 1 & 2 produced by John Paul Jones.  Very low opening bid for mint sealed, and no reserve!
