Description
This is an original copy of this Michigan band's rare progressive psych LP on the local Pioneer label (PRSD 2150) released in 1970. The cover is still in the shrink wrap, but the upper and edges have wear that extends about a quarter inch away from the cover opening where the shrink wrap has receded. So, the cover grades a conservative VG+. The printing on the labels has ghosting (see scan) as most copies did. This was sent to me some ten years back as a M- copy which it definately is not. I started to send it back to the guy untill I put it on my turntable and heard how well it still played and because this record is so rare, I didn't know when I would ever find another copy. Side one has three nasty looking scuffs, but these are inaudible. There is a tiny pressing flaw near the beginning of side one, track three (Daydream Song) that causes two light pops, but aside from this the record plays M- throughout. Side one grades VG+. Side two is nicer at VG++ with just a couple of very faint sleeve scuffs (I don't use the EX grade). The reserve is reasonable. Thanks for looking.
