Some Vinyl will have security clips in the card sleeves- a sign of legal importing.

No original box, PSU, batteries, charging station, docks, cables, software, paperwork, manuals or extras of ANY kind unless specifically listed. Please ask if you need to check any details prior to purchase.

Vintage games will obviously be decades old, unless stated specifically, all games are pre-owned (sometimes by many owners), and discolouration of the manual, or a dog-eared page or a scratch or two are to be expected- please always check out the photos.

Though these damages are extremely rare they do happen.

Combined postage only considered if we are asked prior to purchase (so we can arrange the cheaper price for you) we move VERY quickly so if you purchase and ask hours later the package can already be in our outgoing system and cannot be changed at that point. If you would like to buy something and want us to ‘hold it’ we can do this with prior permission, prior payment, and prior notice. Some marks to packaging/item are present from storage. Some marks due to general use. All items dispatched within 3 WORKING days. Most 'budget' couriers are clamping down on the carriage of a lot of electronics (Laptops/Tablets/phones and musical instruments included) so some carriage will be surprisingly high- this is always accurate- and sometimes will be the only way to send something (thanks Hermes) as of December 2020 Parcelforce will be the only courier to carry (and fully insure) laptops. From pet/smoke/saturated fat free home (thanks Cholesterol) Please read all details carefully.

Some items (plushies, cuddly toys, clothing etc.) will be rolled/packed VERY tightly to release air from packaging to keep postage costs down- these items will either be realistically expected to re-form once released, or obviously be laundered. If you do not wish this to be done please let us know before you bid/buy and we will be happy to help. In case anyone thinks of asking, no we don’t do this to antique Victorian lace, or pastel works from Pablo Picasso’s early period. Some toys will have internal units, working or not working. Build a Bear Workshop toys are notorious for their internal sound/motion units failing or having very poor battery life- therefore these units are considered ‘free’ an expended battery should not be regarded as ‘not as described’, battery operated units can only have batteries changed by opening the stitching on the back, and re-doing, a common Build a Bear practise.

Clothing will need to be laundered, purely because the items here are from storage, they will be dusty and fluffy and smell like a Storage Unit- we took a survey and our customers said, as they launder used/stored clothing anyway they would rather not have the cost of this cleaning added to the item. They said the same when asked about packaging, we can have it packed by Disney woodland creatures and wrapped in tissue paper made from Unicorn dreams- but packaging would cost more than the £10 Hugo Boss shirt** Please be aware that some clothing can be very heavy (a recent leather jacket sale weighed the same as a PC TOWER!) so don’t be surprised if a size XXL leather full length coat has high postage.

Clothing unless specifically listed is used, and will show marks of use- please have this in mind when purchasing. We process THOUSANDS of garments daily so sometimes we miss something as we are only human. We will always rectify mistakes, and beat the staff (joke) but will not tolerate any nastiness or nonsense of any kind- seriously not for a second.

Used books are checked, but reference books can sometimes have the odd note in the margin, if we miss one, please realise with a 1000 page book things can be missed just let us know we’ll try and work something out.

When inspecting clothes please be careful of errant clothes pins and dry cleaning staples.
