Description
Small combo recording of "Ting-A-Ling/Girl On My Mind" with Buddy Holly and the Three Tunes. Early Decca release. Labels are near mint but someone tried to clean this record with an improper cleaner and it has spotted and dulled the sheen on the "Ting" side. "Girl" side is a shiney VG+. Luckily, this foolish cleaning attemp did not alter the sound as both sides play loud and clear with only slight dead wax noise as should be expected for a record thats 50 years old. I fully guarantee this record will play great! Both of these sides showcase Buddys full vocal range and it sounds as though the production was a live take in the studio as some tentativeness can be felt, especially where a band stop/break would seem logical. The feel is real intimate and really puts you there. A VERY interesting Holly 45. I ship worldwide and LOVE my international customers, but the majority of them do not wish their packages to be insured because of customs duties, etc. I WILL provide proof of mailing if needed, but in the rare event that something is lost in the mail, I cannot be responsible.
