Description
This auction is for the Coral Records release of the Buddy Holly And The Crickets self titled album, Coral Records number CRL 57405. The cover is in a nice clean strong VG+ condition with all seams intact. The cover would be rated higher but there is 3 or 4 very slight thin crease marks in the front laminate. Not noticeable at all when looking dead on, but tilted at just the correct angle you can see them. The back cover overall is clean and presentable but is not stark white but a shade or two off. If not for these reasons I would have graded the cover higher. Please note in the picture of the front cover, the right side has a glare from the Flash on the Digital Camera when I took the picture for this auction. The record is graded as VG and presents and sounds very well but there are light thin surface lines on both sides, NOT trashed and NOT abused but the amount when viewed under bright light warrants the VG grade. The labels also present well but it should be noted under close inspection you can see some spindle marks around the center hole of the labels.
