Description

Bud Powell (with Max Roach, Fats Navarro, Arthur Taylor, Curly Russell, Roy Haynes, Sonny Rollins, Tommy Potter, etc.) THE AMAZING… Vol. 1.  Blue Note 1503, recorded 1949 et. Seq. Deep groove Mono 161 Lexington Avenue addresses to both sides.  “Ear” and “RVG” in wax on both sides. Jacket has strong fields but has been taped in full on all three sides—very cleanly, but it is yellowed with time:  E-.  Disc looks and plays NM-:  no damage and only minimal wear.  Very low-level surface noise audible on outer grooves. Strong NM-.
