Description

This is an extremely rare 3-sided acetate for Bryan Ferry's 1978 "The Bride Stripped Bare" album.
It is from Strawberry Mastering in London, which is known to have produced other acetates for Ferry.

You can see that they  were experimenting with the track order--and note that neither of these track orders ended up being the one they eventually used.
A Side: Sign of the Times Can't Let Go That's How Strong My Love Is Take Me To The River Hold On, I'm Coming
B Side #1: Carrick Fergus What Goes On When She Walks In The Room Same Old Blues This Island Earth
B Side #2: What Goes On Carrick Fergus When She Walks In The Room Same Old Blues This Island Earth
I no longer recall where I acquired this from, probably eBay, probably back in the 1990s.  I never played it, as I knew better than to play an acetate.  But whoever owned this before me should have taken better care of it!

I no longer have a working turntable, so I cannot grade the record by listening to it, only visually.  I'm trying to be conservative in my grading here.  I would grade the acetates to be at best in "Good" condition.  There are scratches and scuffs on each of the three sides.
I'll admit I have reservations about posting this for auction, as I've always heard acetates are somewhat fragile.  But I recently sold a Pet Shop Boys acetate to a seller in the U.K. and it arrived safe and sound.
Let me know if you have any questions.  Thank you.
