Description

Mid- to late-1920's Brunswick label records. Also included is a re-issue of Johnny Dodds and his Black Bottom Stompers (orig. Recorded in 1927 on the Vocalion lbl).


In addition an 11 pp. Record Supplement for Brunswick records featuring Abe Lyman. The back shows that it was distributed by a dealer in Oklahoma City.


Records are mostly untested and sold as is with no returns. Obvious visual defects are noted below as well as comments if they were played in part.


Shipping via Media Mail at buyers expense in recycled but sturdy boxes. No Sleeves with this lot but they will be wrapped individually for secure shipping.


Description-


Collectors Series Brunswick 80073- Johnny Dodds and his Black Bottom Stompers (incl. Louis Armstrong- New Orleans Stomp/ Weary Blues Originally Recorded April 1927 (record is not perfect- it has sm edge chips not in grooves on each side- it has lite scratches and scuffs- the major issue is that it appears that something was spilled on the record and caused damage that is audible and crackles. Cleaned it w soapy water but it still is heard).
