US custom reissue 7" EP picture sleeve only. P/S is mint. No record included. The record for this item is extremely rare from the early 70's, but it does exist. (One was displayed at the Rock and Roll Hall of fame several years ago). This custom sleeve is a custom reissue and only a limited number exist.
