I'm a not a grader of records, so I won't give them a grade, but I can give you a NON expert opinion of the condition.
NON - expert opinion:
Outer sleeve - In very good clean condition with some very minor signs of storage wear around the edges but nothing major - great condition indeed- SEE PHOTOS
Vinyl - In IMMACULATE excellent clean condition with no visible scratches from what I can see- looks unplayed!- SEE PHOTOS
Inner sleeves - In excellent clean condition , - SEE PHOTOS
Booklet - In excellent clean condition with no rips or tears - SEE PHOTOS
