Columbia Special Products EP-This has Surfin' Round The World by Bruce Johnston, and also has songs by Dave Clark Five, Bob Dylan, Major Lance and others. Record is VG. By itself this often sells for $15-$30.
Extra throw-in (you're not paying for this, but don't have the heart to toss) I Love You, Betty/Be A Soldier by Terry Day (Melcher) which was also produced by Phil Spector and arranged by Jack Nitzche. Really good record, which I'd never heard before, but has an unfortunate warp that makes about the first 30 seconds not really playable. But if you haven't heard it, you can check it out after that point on both sides. Would rate vg- if it didn't have the warp, but now, it's free.
Finally: to really get your Bruce on, a photo of Bruce , not quite sure on date, that was taken from the negative and printed on Kodak paper and given to Bob. Bob has a lot of articles, photos and scrapbooks full of Beach Boys related stuff-this was the only shot I could find right now of Bruce by himself, so including this with your win.
Now, I have had some great customers and some pretty horrible ones since starting this project. Latest jerk bought a Beach Boys ticket and now hasn't paid, ignores invoices, and Ebay's unpaid strike process. I've had other bad behaviour. So, let's lay this out. I am doing this for Bob Hanes, a wonderful guy who collected the Beach Boys and related for many more years than most of you. He further got to not only know many of the 'names' personally (there's more personal letters and signed stuff from Brian to Marilyn, and many others,) and played a very large part in getting things like the Pet Sounds session box possible and out there.
When he died, Brian recorded a personal message and song (a short God Only Knows) to be played at his memorial service. Now I'm selling off much of what he had so his wonderful wife can clear some room and get some much needed money as well.
So because of these recent experiences on ebay, I've nearly pulled the plug on the very cool  items and just gone directly off line to people I know that would appreciate it without playing games. I'm not in great shape myself and it's very hard to get these up so I also don't need the addtional stress it's caused.
These coming two weeks, I will be listing some very unique items and I'm asking you to be considerate, fair, and pay on time. And bid well and often when it's an auction because it's for a better cause than me.
There will be a series of auctions that will only go one week so if you watch and don't bid, it's over. There is far too much to get through and I have to get this done. This is one of those.
Any questions, do ask and I do combine wins.
