Description
Original UK pink i Island palm label stereo lp. The unlaminated E.J. Day Group cover is in VG+ condition, with some edge/storage wear on the outer cover and some damp damage on the inner cover. The spine is worn, but intact & fully readable, the plain inner is intact and in EX condition.The record is in visually EX condition, with a few faint, wispy sleeve removal hair lines & a couple of needle scuffs visible under bright light. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of couple of spindle markings. Overall the record still retains all its original sheen and looks great!!
The sound reproduction is EX, clear & vibrant throughout, with no loud pops, crackle or hiss & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some light background noise during the run in grooves, overall still a really great listen!! The matrix nos. are ILPS-9124, A-2U mother stamper 1-H, B-2U mother stamper 1-O.
This is the one of the very early pressings of the original 1970 UK stereo 1st issue of the album!! All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, but everyones ears and decks are different, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund on return of the record, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's up to 2KG!, Please wait to be invoiced so that the correct postage can be charged!!
