Description
Hard-to-find self-titled LP from Velvett Fogg released by Pye Records (NSPL 18272) in 1969. Original U.K. pressing with Garrod & Lofthouse designed jacket having flipback style joints. Scarce and only proper album from this British underground psychedelic band with early progressive leanings. Loads of fuzz guitar and heavy on the Hammond organ that dominates much of the tracks. Tony Iommi (not on the album) was a member of this band before going on to Black Sabbath. Dig the stoned/freaked-out photo shot with topless hippie chicks on the cover...NICE!! This tough and sought after album does not show up very often.

Labels are in EXCELLENT condition. Vinyl record is in VG++/EXCELLENT condition with light hairline sleeve marks but plays remarkably quiet and clear. Just some sparse surface tics...sounds great! Cover is in VG+ condition with wear at corners, edgewear along open right edge, a few laminate creases, surface scuffing, slight sticker blemish at top right and there is a scotch-taped seam-split at center of top edge. NO RESERVE. Winner pays $4.00 media mail in the U.S. Priority mail and insurance are available at buyers expense.
