I thank God for this love, so beautifully demonstrated in all His creations. Yes, Christ loved us so much that He gave His life to give us life — life everlasting. I personally feel that God’s creation of the butterfly and the flowers on the front cover, symbolize this love and the life we can have through Christ. The butterfly is such a free thing, representing to me, God’s free gift of salvation to us — unworthy as we are. God knew the individual needs of each of the members of “The Appointed Sound” before we were ever brought together. I feel that these needs are being met through the strong bond of Christian love and respect that we already have for each other. This holds true in any Christian relationship. Many prayers were prayed before determining a name for ourselves, and through God’s leadership, “The Appointed Sound” was decided upon. We know God has appointed, as well as anointed us, to use the talents He has given, blending together as a testimony of what God has done and can do in lives today. This album is not designed to bring praise and glory to our- selves, but to uplift a name above all names — Christ our Lord and Savior.
