Brief Encounter on Capitol 4426. "Get A Good Feeling" and "In A Very Special Way"  Record is in VG++ to Near Mint condition. radio station promotional copy marked "not for sale" comes with the company sleeve. Modern soul / Funk record released in 1977.

GRADING OF RECORDS 

MINT – record looks new and perfect looking. Not many records make this grade. 
NEAR MINT – record is ‘like new” very clean with only possibly the most minor and superficial of marks. 
VG++ record has only very minor surface marks and wear and is in excellent condition. 
VG+ record shows some surface marks but the record is still in relatively good shape. no feel-able scratches 
VG   record shows a fair amount of wear. may have feel-able scratches 
G   record shows excessive wear.
