Bridget St John 'Ask Me No Questions'.

Original UK Dandelion label stereo 1st press LP, the first LP from Bridget St John and produced by John Peel who described her as "the best lady singer-songwriter in the country". With the earliest A-1/B-1 matrices and A-2/A-4 stampers!

The Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd matt gatefold sleeve is intact and in EX condition with some light corner/edge wear and some very light storage rubbing on the outer cover, there is a name and address in biro and a small ring mark on the inner cover. The plain compamy inner is intact & in EX condition.

  The record is in visually EX+ condition, with only one or two very faint sleeve removal hairlines visible on each side which do not affect play. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with no evidence of spindle markings.   The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with definately no skips, sticks or jumps and only some very brief background noise during the run in grooves, overall a really clean & clear listen.  

The matrix nos. are; SBPG 63750, A-1 stamper A-2, B-1 stamper A-4. This is one of the very early copies of the 1st UK pressing of the original 1969 UK stereo issue of this album!

 

All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!!    All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!   UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!,

Will post to Europe (including all EU countries & Russia, Finland, Sweden, etc.) and Rest of the World (USA, Japan, Australia, Korea etc.), but airmail is limited to 5 or 6 lp's due to weight restrictions.

Europe, 1 LP £7.00, extra single lp's £3.00.
Rest of the World, 1 LP £10.00, extra single LP's £4.00.

Purchases over £20 will be sent by International Recorded Airmail at an extra cost of £5.00.
