Description
Original 2004 pressing of Brant Bjork’s Local Angel on Duna Records. Recorded and mixed at Rancho de la Luna, this release captures Bjork’s laid-back, groove-driven desert rock sound during his early solo period following Kyuss and Fu Manchu. A defining title from the Duna era, Local Angel blends stoner rock, funk, and psychedelic influences with a warm, analog feel. Sealed copies of this original pressing are increasingly scarce, making this a desirable piece for collectors of desert rock and Brant Bjork’s catalog.
