Unless otherwise arranged, all shipping to US addresses is via UPS ground. Your email address will be used for the tracking number -- and UPS will send you the tracking number and any updates to your shipment directly to your email. If you have any questions or issues with your package, please email me.

If you do NOT have a street address or if you are shipping to either Alaska or Hawaii, we will ship via US Mail, but be sure to verify the shipping charges with the seller prior to purchase. Free shipping listings apply only to the lower 48.

We are happy to ship internationally. For the most part we use US Mail for shipping to MOST countries. We cannot mark the customs declaration as a gift, I must mark the declared value as purchase price plus shipping, and I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees.

Insurance is included in the shipping fees.

If there are any problems with missing parts, shipping damage, wrong item or color sent PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF DELIVERY. We may ask for a photo of damage be emailed to us before refund is made.

We offer a 30 day warrant for DEFECTIVE PARTS.
