Vinyl Condition -  Presumed MINT as the record is sealed
Cover Condition - VG+  a couple small dings at the edge and corners with just the tips poking through shrink , crease top left and right corners, Minor shelf wear, No Splits, No Tears in shrink, real nice copy of this rare private release doesn't show up often and very rarely in this condition
