12" Single from 1992 by Earache.
Item is MEGA RARE now.
Black Vinyl.
Must be one of the best condition Spearhead vinyl's out there.
I am being VERY reserved with the condition ratings.
They are better than Excellent but not Near Mint.
This is still the best copy you are likely to find.

Sleeve is in EXCELLENT/SUPERB Condition. (a few LIGHT creases around the edges. All spines are SUPERB with NO SPLITS)
Vinyl is in EXCELLENT/SUPERB Condition. (VERY LIGHT surface marks)
NOTE : All my Vinyl records are kept in quality plastic sleeves to avoid scuffing and will be mailed in them also.
