Description
"Happenings" by Bobby Hutcherson was released on Blue Note Records in 1967. This is the Stereo version, ST-84231, Van Gelder in the dead wax. The address on the back cover is 43 West 61st St, and the inner sleeve reads "27 Years Blue Note, 1939-1966."
Other musicians on the album are Herbie Hancock, Bob Cranshaw and Joe Chambers.
The vinyl grades EX, with only a couple faint sleeve scuffs that don't affect play. Very light background noise will be audible during the quiet spots. The cover is still in the original factory shrink wrap, but has a bit of ringwear and wear at the exposed corners on the right side. There's light foxing on the back near the left edge. The labels have spots of smudging - perhaps due to moisture exposure when someone cleaned the album (see our third photo).
