This is a super Rare Bob Marley and the Wailers orignal Tuff Gong 1973 Press of Catch a Fire. This comes staight from my personal Collection. I had to go in to my collection and pull out some really rare Marley stuff to pay some bills. This record was produce in 1973 and was the Wailers First Lp they pressed on to Tuff Gong Records. It was only pressed with this red label (Bob hitting a Gong)for Jamaica. So to say this is rare is an understatement. What also makes this record super rare is the promo sticker on the back of the Jacket. I have never seen a promo sticker on any of the Jackets ever for Catch A Fire. I would say this is a super rare find. This label is also rare because there is no ASCAP lettering on the Label it self. I have seen two or three of these labels before and they all had ASCAPS under each song. This one doesn't which means the time of this press the Wailers didn't sign with ASCAP just yet. The record is VG+ plays almost perfect. No skips little to none sufface noise which is almost impossible to find on a Ja press. The label has a stamp on both sides. The jacket is vg shows some ware but not to much. Shipping is 5.00 in the U.S. and 12.00 Overseas.
