Description

Original UK pressing of Rastaman Vibration on Island Records (cat. ILPS 9383, 1976). Lovely copy of Marley’s classic with the textured “burlap” style sleeve and blue-rim palm tree Island labels.

Pressing / identifiers

  • Label: Island – blue-rim palm tree labels with ILPS 9383 A / B and “℗ 1976 Island Records Ltd.”

  • Country/Year: UK, 1976.

  • Sleeve: UK textured card sleeve with lyrics printed to the back.

  • Inner: supplied with a clean black poly-lined sleeve (the original printed lyric inner is not present).

Condition (see photos)

  • Sleeve: VG+. Light edge/corner wear and very light handling; front and back still clean with strong colour and no writing or splits.

  • Vinyl: VG/VG+. Both sides retain a nice gloss with a handful of light surface marks/hairlines from use—nothing feelable. Labels clean and bright.

  • Playback: visually graded only; should play well. (I always pack safely and offer returns if you’re not happy.)
