Description
Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted.
Grading is based on visual inspection.
Album ships in a 2 MIL poly cover sleeve and a 3 MIL poly inner sleeve.
I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.
- I believe this is Dylan's first album for David Geffen's Asylum label. It was his first release not on Columbia. It is also his "reunion" album with The Band.
- This White Label PROMO is a First Pressing. See Notes below for details.
- This record has never been played.
- The single piece board cover has tight seams and a textured matte finish. That kind of paper seems to have been a magnet for moisture, like a blotter. There is evidence of that along the spine.
- The clear Bob Dylan sticker is over the title.
- The Promo sticker is lower front left.
- The inner sleeve is plain white paper. I have included a soft poly inner sleeve.
- Seller got this new from Elektra in 1974. It has been in storage for 42 years.
