Appendices: "Original Folded PS", "Promo Yellow Label" & "CBS Company Sleeve"
Description: This is scarce Japanese original PROMO copy ( released in early 1970's ) of his original single, comin' with rare PS. The label is in yellow, peculiar to early 1970's Japan-CBS's promotional copy. It's also printed with "SAMPLE" in Japanese. The disc is housed in CBS Company Sleeve. It's hard to find this copy in any condition even in my country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G/G+ (PS/Disc)
PS: Cover is stained on the surface of back with ring-wear ( See photo ). It's also lightly creased on its surface inside, with its upper portion lightly discolored. There's a strip in left bottom hand of front-page ( See photo ). Otherwise no edge-wear, ring-wear, dent & writing...OK.
DISC: Disc has slight scuffs & scratches in places on each side. "Push-Out-Center" is missing in the middle of the label. Otherwise none of any scratch & hairline, which is to be rated as "G+". All of flaws are so slight that it plays strong on each side.
COMPANY SLEEVE: G+, which has ring-crease on its surface with its top-edge partly ragged. It's partly stained with spots in right top hand. Otherwise no tear & split on edges.
