My dad was a private collector, he collected thousands and thousands of records from 1950's to early 2000's, many are rarities, obscurities and some are unique, I am not a dealer, just selling the collection now he is unable to do so himself.

IF YOU DECIDE TO BID YOU ARE BIDDING ON THE VISUAL DESCRIPTION NOT ON HOW IT MAY PLAY, Even the most visually stunning record can have background noise, if you want perfect audio then please find another copy with audio gradings.

Both sides have NO Deep Marks and NO Deep Scratches Under Strong Artificial Light. Both Sides have NO marks at all, except the odd extremely light sleeve removal trace(but I cant see any). It is a Stunning example, beautiful shine. Near Mint and Barely Played. They rarely turn up like this!!
Labels both have only the slightest signs of play (spiders legs) under strong light, Both labels are clean, bright and free from the usual writing etc Stunning Nr Mint...see photos
Original Earliest Possible Front Laminated Sleeve Has hardly any wear. No corner wear. Tiny amount of wear to opening edge. No wear to bottom edge or top edge, Spine has NO wear, fully readable and still slightly pinched either end. Front is flat and clean and super glossy with only very slight rubbing near top and bottom, a crease near opening and a very faint mark top right only visable in the light, Back is flat and clean with no fading or rubbing....see photos...It's a Really Stunning Example of this Rarest Earliest Issue Sleeve.
The original CBS Advertising Paper Inner has no splits or damage or writing.
