Unlike the very first pressings in 1965, this late-'65 example does not have the Guaranteed High Fidelity print on the record labels.
The record and labels are clean, please see the images. Careful play-testing reveals some moderate surface noise in spots but nothing to downgrade it from a VG+, and please note a hairline scratch THAT DOES NOT AFFECT PLAY on the track "It's Alright Ma (I'm Only Bleeding)." A very nice listen. Thick vinyl.
The cover is very very clean, best we've seen in decades. Slightly-faded at the perimeter areas of the front, but nothing else to report as a flaw. Cover is graded at VG++, also called EX (we were sorely tempted to go to Near Mint, but being extra-cautious...)
Included is the original plastic baggie inner sleeve Columbia was using in those days (see the final image).
