12" Splatter vinyl album by Bob Dylan, "Four Times Round". 

Label on the front says "Your Copy 20/50".

A pirate looks at 40 Sources: 
Side one: The first three tracks are from the Other End, New York City July 3, 1975.  Pretty boy and How long feature Jack Elliott on vocals.  The final three tracks are from the rundown studio rehearsal sessions Santa Monica, February 1978. 
Side two: The first three tracks are from Saturday night live 10/20/79. The other two are from Pasadena 6/20/82

Here's a great 1983 boot from Germany. 
Deluxe black, white, and pink cover is a great looking full facial shot of Bob. Vinyl is black with white full printed "Fred Carpenter" labels. 
There were also very limited quantities of colored vinyl including: 
50 copies on a clear based splatter vinyl with no labels that included two 12x12 black and white inserts, and 100 copies each of clear vinyl with blank labels, and yellow, translucent vinyl with "Fred Carpenter" labels.
