Superb copy of this classic Dylan LP that has seen very little play
The vinyl is in EX+condition and sounds brilliant all the way through, with the absolute minimum of
noise on the run in. A couple of light non sounding light marks can be seen when held up to the light.
Heavy thick vinyl with a great shine.
The front laminated cover is in excellent condition , no splits, tears, writing or any other marks and the rear
is a little yellowed with age. No edge or spine wear at all.
There are no manufacturers credits on the back cover.
The heavily textured labels are clean and unmarked with a couple of light spindle marks on one side.
This has all the signs of a first Philips Press.......... BPG 62022 under the front logo box and on the spine.
Also the USA catalogue number CL 1779 is on the spine, this was only on the first Philips pressed copies.
"Recording First Published 1962" on the label, 1L / 2L on the label, and the very first press Philips style
matrix numbers...... BPG 62022 1L 2= 420 V V 8 / BPG 62022 2L 1 // 420 V O 6
Comes in its original "British Patents Number 800513 Foreign Patents Pending" Polylined inner sleeve
