Well, it´s used but in the same time it´s not as it´s sealed since 1965 even though the sleeve is "used" but in really great VG+ condition.  The record is stillsealed in its plastic bag and hasn´t been opened and must be in NM.  The back has a stamp DEMONSTRATION - NOT FOR SALE so I guess this must be a promo copy for radio stations or magazines or something like that.
