Description

An original 2nd Mono issue on the UK CBS label. Matrix A1/B1/C1/D1 - same as 1st cut. "Feldmen" is mentioned on all four labels. The labels exhibit the large font 33 and a third speed. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original mono 1st issue cover with flipbacks. Please note the 1st issue covers still show the image of Claudia Cardinale in the interior. Also included are two company CBS inner sleeves - not original to this release, but from a couple of years later.
Vinyl (Vg+) In very nice condition and have seen light to moderate use. Under close inspection we could make out a few light marks per side and one small semi-feelable mark [which sounds >> see details below]. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a VERYGOOD+ level of playback [two slight deviation]. Intros and inbetweens are relatively quiet and the audio comes across with very good clarity. Not quite good enough to make the top grades, but a more than accomplished rendition which will be more than adequate for most folk. Plays back real nice and, whilst not totally quiet, there's nothing in there to spoil or invade the sound. The only track which exhibits a few more crackles than you'd like is the final track "SELOTLL". And the only other vague deviation is a few clicks in track 2 side 2 [caused by the mark mentioned above]. A fine rendition and this early Mono copy acquits itself very well...enjoy!!
Cover (Vg+) In great shape and has been looked after down the years. Nice clean front with only a couple of thumbnail creases. Ditto the rear with one longer crease and a couple of scuff marks - nothing unsightly. The interior looks very nice with just a bit of tape residue showing over at the top of the left panel. Edge wear is reasonably light and the spine seems mostly intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inners (Vg+) Lightly aged. No marks or splits.
