Description
From my private collection, a Rare UK 1st Pressing (no barcode!) of Bob Dylans Phenomenal 1978 12" Vinyl Rock/Folk/Blues Live Double Album, 22 tracks including "Blowin In The Wind" and "Mr Tambourine Man". With protective inner sleeve, Gatefold outer sleeve plus complementary poster and booklet with full lyrics. CBS 83691, the matrix runout has 83691 A3 stamped on side 1, 83691 B4 on side 2, 83691 A6 on side 3, and 83692 B3 on side 4.I bought this from BEATTIES in Wolverhampton when I was building my collection in the late 1970's. The visual for vinyl and condition is pretty much MINT as there are only 2 hairline surface blemishes on side 3 and the rest are unmarked (see guide below). Outer Sleeve is graded as near mint too with just a little storage wear and corner rubbing on the outer gatefold. Inners are clean with no seam splits. The booklet has a little foxing on its front cover but is otherwise near mint, as is the poster. All records are play tested for sound quality on my quality separates system (Nad amp, Dual deck, Wharfedale speakers) this one plays BEAUTIFULLY, and crystal clear all the way through on all sides with and without headphones. This is a rare opportunity to pick up a genuine copy of a truly brilliant classic live double vinyl album, from a master songsmith, in this condition from a private collection, which has been kept all it's life in a protective plastic sleeve ( not supplied).
