Label displays "BOB DYLAN" on two different lines, with "CL 1779" and "UNBREAKABLE" in the left column on both sides.

Listening Notes:
Regular noise at start of record VG+ even NM when music plays
pops towards the end of first track
tape hiss is very slightly audible which may be mistaken for unwanted noise
very light pops between song
very few pops on Verse 2 of In My Time Dying
Rest of side 1 played very well, almost flawless audio playback.
Same regular noise at start of Side 2 VG+ even NM when music plays
light pops and hiss between songs
no other notes, side 2 played well without skipping and audio quality can be considered near mint.
