No quibble refunds will be given if an item does not work upon receipt, but the buyer will bear the cost of returning the item to me and I will only refund once I have tested to confirm it doesn't work. Please note that if the item is bought as used I cannot guarantee how long it will work for (although I wouldn't sell anything I know is on it's last legs!) and will therefore not give refunds for items that stop working after any period of time.
If you are purchasing a collection item you must allow time for me to liaise with my client to ascertain a mutually convenient collection slot. I also only take payment via PayPal and never cash on collection as I am not present for the collection.
