LABEL DESCRIPTION:    Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS- 47 west,63rd ,NYC , Ear or P etched  in the dead wax, RVG,No  "R" under the E and  deep groove.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): VG++ to NM:    The laminated Andy Warhol  cover is in great shape, all seams intact,blank spine,no cut, no hole , very light wear on the front and back , small ding corners on top ( see pictures ),    Address at the bottom back cover : Blue Note Records,47 West 63rd ST.,New York 23

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD) :

Record: NM: the original heavy beaded rim record has been  entirely play graded,clean on a VPI machine ,glossy, 2 hairlines coming from the inner sleeve .No skip, no background noise, no scratch .  Play simply amazingly. The labels are clean
