Condition: 

Vinyl: 
Visually: Near Mint, three very light scratches on the first track side 2. They cause no issues.
Sound: Near Mint to Mint.  I hear no flaws.
Cover:  Vg to VG+, some wear and tiny tears to bottom seam.  small tear and light writing at bottom right back. Some discoloring.
Still displays nicely.
The fidelity on this Mono LP is outstanding!
Includes original inner sleeve.
Cleaned on a VPI vacuum machine.

My Reference and Grading Audio System:

Audio grading is done with a pitch perfect Technics 1210 Turntable and a Benz Micro Ace Cartridge.

Pre-amp is custom built. Amplifier is 6L6 Tube Amp. Both are designed by Woodside Engineering and built by James Burgess.  Speakers: Meadowlark Kestrels.
