Description

Original UK Philips black label stereo press LP, with the earliest 1Y/1-2Y/1 matrices and 1-1-4/1-1-9 stampers of the original 1st pressings!

The front laminated gatefold sleeve is intact & in VG+ condition, with some corner/edge wear and a few small laminate creases on the outer cover and a name in biro on the inner cover. The spine is intact with some laminate lifting and fully readable, the plain company inner is intact and in EX condition.

  The record is in visually VG+ condition, with few faint & wispy sleeve removal hairlines and a couple of light needle marks visible under bright light on each side. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with a couple of faint spindle markings on each side and a small initial in biro on one label.   The sound reproduction is VG+ to EX, still clear & precise throughout with definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves and in a couple of the quieter passages, overall still a really loud and punchy listen!!   The matrix nos. are; 852120, 1Y/1-420 stamper 1-1-9, 2Y/1-420 stamper 1-1-9. This is one of the early copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1968 UK stereo issue of this album!!
    All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!!    All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!   UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!,

Will post to Europe (including all EU countries & Russia, Finland, Sweden, etc.) and Rest of the World (USA, Japan, Australia, Korea etc.), but airmail is limited to 5 or 6 lp's due to weight restrictions.

Europe, 1 LP £6.00, extra single lp's £3.00.
Rest of the World, 1 LP £9.00, extra single LP's £4.00.
