The Vinyl is is great condition overall and graded VG+.  Light surface marks can be seen under light, but nothing that adversely impacts listening.  Play test also noted no skips.
The Album Gatefold Sleeve has scuff marks to the edges, but aside from this, the sleeve is completely in tact with no tears, tape or graffiti.
