This Is Promo White Label Copy, Japanese Word "Sample" and Release Date "Dec. 1"are Printed on All Labels, A Small Sample Sticker is on OBI Strip.
Disc are EX, Sleeve is EX Minus (Not Having Bottom Split), OBI Strip is VG (It Has Tear Damages on Bottom Part Like The Photo # 7).
